Following a invitation to tender, the company Soframe has signed a major contract with the Ministry of the Interior.
The Alsatian SME is to supply 90 4×4 armoured vehicles to the Gendarmerie Nationale.
The Gendarmerie Nationale will replace its legacy armoured vehicles with new ones that are better able to withstand current weapons. The Alsatian company Soframe, part of the Lohr Group, has won an order for 90 vehicles.
Soframe, a subsidiary of the Lohr group, specialising in armoured vehicles, based in Hangenbieten (Bas-Rhin), has been chosen to equip the national gendarmerie with 90 new vehicles.
