7. Applicable law – Attribution of jurisdiction

These General Conditions of Use are regulated solely by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts in STRASBOURG (France) shall have sole jurisdiction, notwithstanding any multiplicity of defendants or third parties, even in respect of urgent, warranty, interim or ex-party proceedings.
